On the afternoon of May 24, 2019, the Party branch of Sam Group launched a red poetry recitation competition as part of the series of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China . Eleven contestants were selected from the group headquarters and various groups (companies).

In the contest, Sam people read aloud with full voice and emotional expression, mourned the revolutionary martyrs, praised the beauty and showed fanghua, and expressed Sam people's good spiritual outlook and patriotic feelings like home.
After a tense and orderly competition, all participants listened carefully and scored fairly. Finally, Wang Xiaoyan, from the Comprehensive Management Department, Hou Jinhui, from the Financial Center, and Cao Shan, from Sam Investment Group, stood out and won the first, second and third prizes respectively.
The whole process of the competition was exciting, and everyone in the Group was deeply affected. From poems to poems, we deeply realized that today's beautiful life was hard won, and we were proud of the historic moment of 70th birthday of the motherland. We were more aware of the need to consciously study and implement Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
