On June 21 and 22, 2019, the Party branch of Sam Group organized the "seven series of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China" through visiting the revolutionary holy land "Xibaipo" to study and listen to a Party class. The people of the group headquarters and the sub-groups (companies) participated in this activity.
Xibaipo is the last post station of the new democratic revolution in China, which witnessed the victory of the great liberation war of people, and its also the starting point of the journey to build a new socialist China. At the moment of laying the flower basket in the plaza of the Five Secretaries, we cherished the martyrs and the hard-won happy life. When we sang "My Motherland and Me", Sam people expressed their aspirations and commitment to the country and the enterprise. On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of new China, Sam people visited Xibaipo to review the memory of the red revolution and absorb the contemporary value of Xibaipo spirit.
By visiting the Xibaipo gallery and the former site of the central committee of the communist Party of China as well as listening to the Party class themed as "How to carry forward Xibaipo spirit", Sam people had a deeper level of understanding of Xibaipo spirit which represented the entrepreneurial spirit, revolutionary spirit, scientific spirit, and democratic spirit, and was clearly aware of the necessity of carring forward the "two must", "four abilities" in the enterprise.
After the visiting and learning activities, Sam Party branch and Labor Union actively inherited the Xibaipo spirit by organizing the meeting themed as "I participate in the development of Sam Group by presenting good ideas". On the meeting, people from different departments spoke out freely, and put forward a lot of opinions and suggestions to promote the development of the company, which fully shows the sense of ownership of Sam People, and the entrepreneurial spirit of guarding against arrogance and rashness.
Times have changed, but the Xibaipo spirit is still the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese people, and will always inspire us to stay true to our mission. Sam Party branch tried to inspire all Sam people through this activity, especially the Party members and business leaders to inherit the Xibaipo spirit in practice so as to jointly create a brighter future for Sam Group.
